Participant Experience and Event Support

Kimberly believes that food has the power to bring people together, support healing, and create meaningful change in our lives. At Food as Medicine Oregon, she enjoys supporting participants throughout their wellness journeys through our programs, cooking classes, and recipe demonstrations, helping make healthy living feel practical, approachable, and enjoyable. Outside of work, she loves studying herbalism and learning about the ways plants can support our health, as well as hiking, baking, and spending time in nature. Guided by curiosity, creativity, and a sense of wonder, she is passionate about helping others build confidence in caring for themselves and discovering the joy of nourishing both body and mind.
