Outcomes

Thousands of people have participated in the Food as Medicine Program over the last 10 years and have seen positive results such as lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, normalized blood sugar level, significant weight loss, a decrease in dosage or even discontinuation or certain medications, improved mood and greater energy and vibrancy.

Committed participants are invited to verify their progress through a pre and post blood lab.

With over 50 medical providers referring their patients to the program, the value of utilizing food as medicine as a preventative measure and means to address the root causes of illness are being recognized as an effective and practical option.
