Walking Groups

Weekly opportunities to move and connect!

Weekly walking groups offer an opportunity for gentle movement and meaningful connection in a supportive, judgment-free space. These walks happen weekly, offering a simple way to build healthier habits while meeting others who share similar wellness goals.

Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, working toward better health, or simply enjoying time outdoors with friendly faces, there’s a place for you here.

These groups combine proven benefits of regular physical activity with the power of social support. Research shows that moving with others helps people stay consistent and feel more connected.
